The room we stayed in was amazing - it had a beautiful design and came with a bathroom, as well as an additional single bed. 🌟

Very friendly staff and very beautiful pool landscape. The food's good. Fortunately there is the tavern (for rooms of the first row it is also available for breakfast) and the Chinese restaurant, as the space in the main restaurant is very limited and therefore it is noisy.

The aircraft noise on weekends at night should not be underestimated.

The perfect location, the good treatment of all staff, the Chinese restaurant and tavern, the beach, the deckchairs and hammocks on the beach.

There was no elevator to access our room on the third floor.

Mitsis Rinela in Kokkini Hani provided a superb base for sightseeing. the affable staff in the restaurants offered efficient service. I enjoyed a reasonably large room with a great sea view. the heated pool and fine drinks at the main bar were highlights. the hotel also offered free 24-hour room service and wake-up calls.

The location was amazing - so close to the Heraklion airport and the city, restaurants providing typically Greek food, and Heraklion or ag Nikolaos. It also was about a 5-minute walk to Aegean Sea.

I really enjoyed fantastic and absolutely stunning rooms with toiletries, a bottle of drinking water, as for instance. The location couldn't be more stunning and brilliant in between a deep blue ocean.

the hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a fantastic Steakhouse and Taverna. We never went hungry with the food stands around the hotel, and the variety of food was impressive. We also enjoyed indulging in coffee and cocktails at the bar. the staff, especially Natasha the manager, Olga at the reception, Dimitri at the Taverna, and Nico who assisted us with our luggage, were exceptional. the hotel itself was meticulously maintained and clean, giving it a fresh and luxurious feel. We also loved the nightly live shows that entertained us. Mitsis truly made our vacation unforgettable. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😃.
